From the far north to Hamburg: over 70 exhibitors from Denmark, Sweden and Finland, present in all seven areas of supply and offer ideal conditions to create assortments for the turnover in autumn, winter and Christmas. “The large number of Scandinavian exhibitors – mainly from Denmark – always again clearly shows how important Northern style is at the Hamburg location for companies from these countries. It offers buyers a special opportunity to bring world-class, timeless, and design-oriented products in their stores. At the same time many Scandinavian visitors take advantage of Northern style to the orders. That is a successful addition of the fair offer”, Philipp Ferger, head of consumer goods fairs regional at Messe Frankfurt.
In addition, there are in the halls A1 and A3 community stands of Danish exhibitors, which is supported by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. “The FAGA (Danish industry association for providers of Arts and crafts and gift items) glad with the support of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to organize a joint stand on the Northern style. The Association has 300 members, mainly young, design-oriented companies, so-called born Globals. Many of them are smaller companies but very international working and earn more than half their export business. To attract new customers, most at trade fairs in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, France and Great Britain exhibit. We want to help our members to exhibit some of the most important European trade fairs”, so Jens Kvorning, head of the International Department of the Association of Danish small – and medium-sized enterprises.
