Wallpapers have a high decorative impact. Depending on the design chosen, it is adapted to all types of environment and style. They are very versatile and allow us to cover a whole room or just individual walls. Wallpaper, main types

Wallpapers can be single-sided (for laying up using a glue brush) or two layers, a support and a superficial layer. Plus, commercially, there are easy-to-use adhesive wallpaper, just like glue- ups . Classic wallpaper, in cellulose

Paper – Paper wallpaper is made of cellulose and is characterized by different weight and thickness. They can have a smooth, rough, shiny surface … Wallpaper papers in cellulose paper are not suitable for damp environments even though commercially there are some types that can be reinforced with a protective vinyl impregnation.

Wallpaper made of plastic material

Vinyl – Vinyl wallpaper is extremely durable, robust, strong and … washable. Nonwoven fabric wallpaper

TNT, Nonwoven Fabric – Non-woven wallpaper is characterized by strong waterproofness and strength. This material consists of a mixture of cellulose and fabric fibers. The most expensive wallpaper sees the nonwoven fabric used as a support layer for a decorative surface monolayer in plastic (vinyl) but commercially there are also wallpaper made only with non-woven fabric. Compared to traditional wallpaper, tnt is easier to mount. Nonwoven fabric wallpaper is also easier to remove because they do not leave any residue. The finishes of the types of wallpaper

Wallpapers can take on different motifs, colors but also different materials!The most modern wallpapers offer fabulous finishes in fabric or natural materials.The finish can be cotton, jute, linen, sisal, silk…and in almost all cases are washable.

Based on the finish we can find embossed wallpaper (three-dimensional) or with a textured texture (velvety, velvety…).

Differences in laying and removal

Classic cellulose wallpaper is more difficult to apply than nonwoven and vinyl fabric types, because glue should be laid on the sheet with strong focus on the dosage so as not to overwhelm the paper.With vinyl and non-woven wallpaper, the adhesive can be laid directly on the wall.
